.::.Say To No Smoking.::.

Is there any adventure or fun in smoking? Absolutely not! Don’t be fooled by the fun packed advertisements of the cigarette making companies. There is no “taste”, no “fun” and no “adventure” in smoking cigarettes. These are just the slogans of the cigarette making companies which are multiplying their profits at the cost of the precious human lives.
The greedy multi-national multi-billion dollar cigarette manufacturers are killing people quietly without being noticed by anyone. According to the WHO report, every 6.5 seconds a person in the world dies prematurely due to cancer, heart attack, respiratory or some other kind of tobacco related diseases. No doubt, the tobacco is the fourth most common risk factor for diseases worldwide.
If you are a smoker then think seriously for a moment and decide whether you are mentally OK. I very much doubt because you are spending money on the purchase of an item which is not only risking your life by unintentionally inviting numerous diseases to attack your body but also risking the lives of other people who are forced to inhale second hand smoke, which is more dangerous than smoking. If you smoke inside your house then you also risk the life of your spouse and children. Is it a wise decision to keep on smoking?
Say no to smoking, if you want to live a normal healthy life free from diseases. Why not take a bold decision NOW and quit smoking immediately! Are you prepared to do so?
Tobacco use is going to kill nearly 10 million people each year, mostly in their productive middle ages. It is estimated that 75% of these deaths will occur in the developing countries mainly due to the high number of smokers and lack of medical facilities available there.
Due to lack of knowledge and education, the number of smokers in the developing countries and poor households is increasing at an alarming rate. The warning written on the cigarette packets is mostly ignored by the illiterate smokers. It is sad that the average amount spent by poor households on tobacco is nearly the same as the amount spent on education. A recent study in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil has proved that the more people are educated, the less they smoke.
Your health is your best asset. Protect your life from painful tobacco related diseases. Live a healthy and happy life and just say no to smoking.

Hindu Rights Action Force (Hindraf)

Five Hindraf leaders arrested under
Malaysian
draconian Internal Security Act

Before i begin my blog, I would to like to
say that i never meant to hurts anyones feeling or to brings racism feelings to
people outside there.I just want to share my opinion on what was the right of
Malaysian not only for the Indians. We can already see that everyone who was not
in support of this rally blaming HINDRAF and their supporters for causing chaos
on a calm and peaceful country. But look at this matter to the deep of
itself. Those honorable indians are not fighting for their justice and rights
only but the fight is for the all the citizens in Malaysia who is suffering at
the bottom line out there.

The hard work and good intentions of our fore fathers
have been forgotten. During my father’s generation, no one use to talk about
racial harmony and neither was there the need to tell a Muslim friend that the
food was halal or inform their Hindu friend that beef was not served. It was a
general and common knowledge that when a person of a different religion was
invited, he need to be taken care and first class treatment was given. Today,
everything has to be asked, informed and sometimes a big issue is made if beef
or non-halal food is served. A complaint that the host was insensitive to their
religion becomes an issue. Guess who makes these remarks? The more we talk about
racial harmony the more we are growing apart. Look here. If I invite you to my
home, you are my guest and rest assured you will be well take care off. The only
important thing for those in power is money and fame. They will do anything for
that.

These people have forgotten what is humanity. They
have no feelings any more. How could one spray tear gas and use chemical laced
water cannons on people who have not caused any harm at all.Just take a second
and think, what would have happened if permit was granted by the police for the
gathering. A bunch of people would have gathered in front of the embassy, handed
over the petition and crowd dispersed. Everything would have been over in less
than 2 hours. But guess what, all this so called chaos that our government and
police accused HINDRAF of was caused by their own doing and not HINDRAF. They
gave free publicity of the whole event.

It has always been the politicians using racism as
their stronghold. Those in power use the police like puppets. The integrity of
the police force itself is tarnished. We have a very good police force actually
but today we do not respect them at all. Why? Because of this politicians. These
police officers are forced to follow orders from these people of power. If they
do not do as ordered, they have to suffer the severe consequences. They are not
rich people. They also have their families to take care. End of the day, every
decision made by them is influenced by their family. They had succumbed to
bribery. In this case those polices who are not involved in bribery also have to
perform ridicolous jobs for those who have the highest power in the
politics.

At the end of my blog i would just to press on
something that HINDRAF is not about fighting for the INDIANS only but it is for the MALAYSIANS.Just think for the
moment the life used to be in the past and the present.Everything is not seems
to right for the citizens.Rise in the price of foods, petrols and much more. Each
an everyone citizen of Malaysia can contribute in changing Malaysia to be a
better living environment.Thats all i wanted to share for now.I would like to
say sorry if i haved hurt anyone feelings through my words. This blog was written
only to share my opinion not to bring racism fights.Thank you.
